3. Coaching Services & Subscription Model

• Service Description: John Van Alen provides life coaching and personal transformation leadership services.

• The Discovery Call Requirement: While subscriptions are described on the Website, they cannot be purchased through a direct “Add to Cart” checkout. To maintain the integrity of the coaching relationship, all prospective clients must schedule a call.

• Subscription Initiation: Subscriptions are only initiated after a mutual agreement is reached during a call. Payment links or invoices will be provided directly to the client following this consultation.

• Cancellations: Specific cancellation policies for monthly subscriptions will be outlined in your individual Coaching Agreement provided after your initial call.

4. No Professional-Client Relationship / Disclaimer

Your use of this Website—including implementation of any suggestions set out in this Website and/or use of any resources available on this Website—does not create a professional-client relationship. John Van Alen is a Life Coach, not a licensed psychologist, medical doctor, or financial advisor. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical advice.
